
City Fringe offers bigger potential gains

City Fringe properties appears to be the better choice in terms of potential gains. City Fringe properties are mostly compared with the City Centre, Fig 1. show the capital gains for different market segment from the low of 2009 to peak of 2013. City Fringe properties appreciated 12% more than in City Centre. Based on historical data, City Fringe properties are likely to have bigger gains in the next upswing.
