Each residential tower block holds a variety of luxurious unit types which are all well-lit and well ventilated. The designers focused on channelling nature’s flowing energy and light into each unit. Each unit type is spaciously arranged while designed with cantilevered balconies and textured window screens to create functional yet highly expressive elevations. However, since this is a loft and penthouse edition, we will only be reviewing the loft and penthouse unit types. Mon Jervois has six 2-bedroom + family loft units (1,539 – 1,561 sq. ft.), six 2-bedroom + study loft units (1,582 – 1,668 sq. ft.) and 19 penthouse units (1,475 – 3,003 sq. ft.).

The spacious master bedroom can accommodate a king-sized bed and still have ample manoeuvring space. The master bedroom also has a walk-in wardrobe near the entrance. Similar to the master bedroom, the second bedroom also comes with a walk-in wardrobe. For families with children, the family room can be converted into a large play area that can be used by children. There is no real divider to separate the living and dining area but with creative space management, you can fit in a 6-seater table in the dining area. The kitchen is decent sized.

In the 2-bedroom + study loft unit, the walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom is built to the entrance of the master bathroom. This unit has two balconies and a furniture deck.
